I never got an invoice/receipt, and had to ask for it. I'm wondering why you'll take my money first without question, yet do not readily provide acknowledgement of receipt. Additionally, I was never informed of when the work was completed, and had to ask for that information, including the report. Not pro- customer.

Andrew, from Adobe Analysis, was fantastic. I met him on the day of the pre-inspection and he went through everything with me, answering a million questions along the way. Having very little knowledge anything in the way of home construction/repairs, I really appreciated how Andrew was so patient and explained things in a way that I could understand. I would recommend Adobe Analysis to anyone.

Abode Analysis was my first choice when I was looking for home inspectors because he responded quickly to my inquiry. Since we hired them to inspect our home, the inspector was prompt and very detail oriented. The best part is how honest Andrew and his company are! We initially paid them but when we closed escrow, the escrow company sent the company money for the inspection. He contacted us immediately when he received the check and I completely forgot about the fact that we would be getting a refund. However, he asked me about it and I explained to him the situation and he immediately sent us a refund for our inspection. Amazing company and would use them again!

Andrew and his inspection team were great to work with. They showed up early to the inspection, and were already prepping a camera drone to fly up over the house and inspect the roof (so cool!). They walked me through every corner of the house and explained all the 'little things' that an owner may not notice. Every question I asked, they knew the answer to. What was most impressive was the report they delivered to me (within hours of the inspection even). It was full of every photograph they took, along with a thorough writeup of what they found. They even used hand signals in the photos (a 'hang loose' symbol with their hand means the object in the background has loose fasteners) so when you're reviewing them later, you remember exactly what's being conveyed in the image.

This is the third house that Andrew inspected for us. He was a very thorough house inspector and worked methodically. He was very efficient and was always available to be consulted about his work long after he did the inspection. Great job Andrew.

Overall he was okay, but a few days after we moved in the oven stopped working and part of the fence in the backyard fell down. I’m not sure if these were items he should have checked, but it seems like they should have been inspected.

Very through inspection. Great photos of all areas of the property and delineation of potential problem areas. We particularly liked the drone use to photo areas of the inaccessible steep roof and gutters.

Andrew is great to work with. Not only he does a very detailed inspection but explains each step and gives advice on fixes, how to take care of it, etc. And especially important for a first time house buyer like me - he answers every question!
