Bill provided an excellent home inspection service to us. He is a true professional and covered every base when inspecting the home we purchased. We knew we could trust the information he gave us which, when making such a big purchase, is everything! He was very clear about the whole process of home inspection and made sure all of our questions were answered along the way.

He was outstanding! We used him for two different house inspections. I was worried at first about using an inspector that my agent recommended because of a conflict of Interest. But, I soon realized that there was no conflict. He wanted to do his job well and point out any issues with the house even if it meant that the sale didn't go through--and that actually happened to us. He pointed out major issues ($175,000 worth of repairs needed including major foundation and electrical safety issues) on the house for our first offer and the owners weren't willing to lower their offer. So, we refused the house and then bought another house a month later that was a much better house for our family with no repairs needed. I would certainly use him again!! He is honest, knowledgeable, very detailed, and he wrote great inspection reports for us on two different houses. We appreciated working with him and would hire him again.
