Brandon was very thorough and meticulous in our inspection. He brought to the table the things that could be repaired in the future and his overall thoughts on our home which gave us the tools to decide if this was the right home for us. We appreciate his hard work for us.

Overall, Brandon was good, but there was one thing that still bothered me with using him and maybe On Point. I felt a bit dissatisfied with the inspection because I was thinking he would do also an inspection not just my condo unit, but also the common areas and the exterior for the entire building. I'm not too concerned because I did review the audit provided to me by the HOA, and I knew roughly what was in need of repair, but I was thinking that he would also inspect the common areas of the condominium. The inspection was cheaper than for a full house inspection, but I would have preferred spending a bit more for him to review the exterior. For the things Brandon did inspect, he was really thorough and recommended a few minor things that I should check. I would definitely recommend him for inspections for houses, but maybe for condominiums, you might want to go with another inspector if there are those who will inspect not just the unit, but also the exterior.

Brandon showed up early and got to work right away. Brandon let me follow him up on the roof and into the crawl space and explained to me what he was seeing. Brandon checked every appliance to cabinet to electrical outlet. Brandon provided us a professional report in pdf format the next day. We would recommend Brandon.

Brandon is excellent. We used him for two pre-inspections. The first house had a TON of problems which he identified...my dad is an engineer and has done a fair amount of construction himself and was really impressed with Brandon. His reports come with a nice binder about home maintenance in general and we received inspection reports promptly which were available for downloading online.
