I am a Washington State Licensed home inspector, license #341. I have been working as a home inspector since 2003.
When you hire me I will perform a detailed inspection of all of the systems and components in your home and provide a detailed written report to you of any problems. I provide very detailed descriptions without any contractor jargon along with digital photographs and recommendations for how to correct the problem.
