Upon arrival at the home (and prior to the arrival of the client) the roof was inspected and found in good condition using the methods of a ladder at the eaves of the roof and also with binoculars which are both approved by the State of Washington (in the maintenance of standards published in the State web site for home inspection requirements). These methods are standard when the pitch of the roof is deemed to be unsafe to normal access. The topic of safety is also addressed as a priority in the inspection agreement and state maintenance of standards.
