We were charged extra because the size of our house was supposedly going to take him longer than a normal home, but he was in and out faster than the estimate for a much smaller home. He didn't notice that none of the toilets were sealed, two rocked like see-saws, and one of them ran non-stop. He cooked the instructions for our new stove to the shelf and didn't offer to replace the shelf or clean it up, so we're now out the cost of a replacement shelf for our brand new oven. Many lights and light switches didn't work and weren't reported. The back gate didn't latch and wasn't reported. Many door knobs are broken. It's been a very long weekend of finding things that are broken around the house that should have been discovered on inspection and fixed prior to close. Very disappointing and a huge waste of money.

December 22, 2014 Dressed like a model and wearing her signature smile I was impressed with Holland the moment I met her @ a dinner forum on August 7, 2014. From that evening throughout the buying process Holland proved to be the competent, easy going realtor with whom one would like to do business. She was serious from the start and once she introduced me to her team I knew I had chosen the right agent. I was kept informed through every step of the process. What I valued most in the beginning was her details in what to expect in the initial, the middle and the closing process. She kept it simple; therefore I had nothing to fear.
