Sam's inspection report was very detailed and well organized. He helped us figure out what we needed to address right away, and which items could be dealt with over time.

Sam did two home inspections for us, one with a report and one without. Both were awesome, and he was equally thorough with the inspection, even without a report, and still offered to send us photos that he took during the inspection. He was great at explaining what he saw that was potentially concerning as well as what he saw that could be remedied easily or just be monitored after move in. As first-time home-buyers, we appreciated his knowledge and patience with our questions. After seeing other inspection reports where a seller had done their own inspection, we appreciated how clear Sam's reports were even more. His reports were clearly laid out, an online interactive format, and put all of the important info - including red flags - up front so you didn't need to dig through the full report to find everything. We would highly recommend him to anyone buying a home!

Sam did a really thorough job on the inspection, took time to explain what he say and answer our questions about what was consistent with the age of the house and what we might want to consider walking away from. He produced an interactive report that clearly highlighted issues needing immediate attention, things to watch, and fixes to make later. We really appreciated his attention to detail and ability to communicate what he found in a clear manner to us as first-time homebuyers. 100% would recommend!
