Great for inspecting standard house amenities (roof, furnace, appliances, structure). Provided a thorough report and explanation of the findings of the inspection. The inspection does not cover other features that are they on many houses such as water softeners, hot tubs, heated driveways, irrigation systems, etc.

My inspector was very personable, knowledgeable, and clearly explained his findings, which were many in a 98-yo house. I was disappointed that he didn't catch that there was no cold water coming to my bath/shower area.
