I am sorry that these customers did not have a great experience. It is always my goal to provide my customers with a thorough home inspection report while ensuring that they fully understand my findings. Unfortunately, the electric in the attic was not inspected, as stated in the report, due to the home being fully occupied and the attic containing a large number of stored items. The attic was, however, partially walked. The report also states that the smoke detectors were inoperable and should be repaired by a licensed contractor. With that said, I have and will continue to make myself available to my customers for additional questions, concerns, or clarification. I wish them the best in their new home.
