BEWARE -- Initially, Inspectisure (and specifically Adam, our inspector) were pleasant to schedule and work with during the inspection. The inspection revealed a list of items that require the seller to fix. Naturally, I called Inspectisure to come back for re-inspection of the fixes. I mentioned the complimentary re-inspection they advertise on their Yelp page when I was asked for a fee in order to re-inspect the house. As soon as I mentioned that the service is complimentary according to your website, their service attitude went downhill. They said that they will send a message to the inspector and he will get back to me. He never did.
I left a total of 5 messages, both for the office manager (Julie) and the inspector (Adam). Three weeks went by and I was at my last draw to meet my closing date. I made a last call requesting to speak with the manager in person instead of leaving her messages. She again was not available but luckily the rep (regretably, I forgot her name) I talked was very helpful. I showed her a screenshot of their advertisement and show her their Yelp page specifically says re-inspection is complimentary if the initial inspection was performed with Inspectisure. After talking to someone offline, she agrees to schedule the re-inspection.
At the re-inspection date, my real estate agent was there to meet Adam. Adam came completely un-prepared and displayed a disrespectful manner. According to my agent, Adam expressed his displeasure of being there and that he does this on his own time (free of charge) and that we should hurry up. I would be outraged if that was directed at me. He did not do this free of charge. I paid for it and the re-inpsection is part of the overall fee based on their Yelp advertisement. When it came to re-inpsect the attic, he can't do it because he did not bring his ladder. What kind of inspector come to do a house inspection and did not bring a ladder?
In short, the re-inspection was a bust. We did not get the re-assurance Inspectisure shall be providing. Luckily those fixes were minor so I decided to seek 2nd opinion later after we bought the house.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND INSPECTISURE if you expect them to honor and promptly address follow-up matters. Customer experience and loyalty are based on how you follow through after the initial service. Inpsectisure (and Adam) failed miserably in this aspect.
