I was incredibly happy with my experience with Highland Home Inspections. From my initial call to schedule an inspection appointment all the way through sending me my report, they were perfect. It was easy to get in touch with them over the phone or email and they were very responsive to all of my questions. Barry, our inspector, showed up early, was very detail oriented, and was patient in answering all of my questions for 2+ hours. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot to learn, and Barry did a great job teaching me while he conducted the inspection. After it was done, I received a very thorough report with pictures in a timely manner. Would highly recommend!

My husband was not a believer in home inspections...he changed his mind after about 10 mins with Barry. Barry took the time to explain what he was doing and also give us tips on home maintenance based on what he observed. Ultimately we ended up terminating the contract based on the inspection...it's safe to say Barry saved us from making a huge, very costly mistake. We would never buy another house without Highland Home Inspections.
