I arrived to my home 10 mins before the scheduled inspection time and Dave was already there, walking on the roof inspecting it. I was highly pleased to see this and had a feeling then that it would be a good experience overall. Dave is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail either what he saw wrong with something or how I could go about improving something as we walked through and outside the home during the inspection. He pointed out things that I would never have thought to look for. And Highland's inspection report was was easy to follow and read, accompanied by pictures of the problem areas that Dave took as he did his inspection. I would recommend Dave and Highland Home Inspections.
