I told some friends about my inspection report and they were amazed the detail Doug had gotten into for the inspection. He truly provides a valuable report, not only for assessing major concerns previous to your purchase of the home, but also providing you details of assets to be fixed to protect the future interest of your home. He also never hesitated to make time to go over parts of the report and explain what you do not understand. I would highly recommend Doug!
