Working with George was a wonderful experience. He was very knowledgeable about home inspections and made me comfortable about the "bones" of our new home. George welcomed us to accompany him on the inspection. He took a lot of pictures and explained all of his findings throughout the inspection. He provided a full report that included more detail than I had been expecting (positive surprise!). It was a result of the information found by George that we were able to confidently negotiate the price of the property and buy our first home.

George was really thorough in his inspection. Unfortunately neither my husband or I could attend so we depended on his report of the inspection. Everything was really clear and detailed. We did have some questions just because we were first time buyers so didn't know a couple of things and he spoke with us in the phone and explained everything clearly and very professionally. He gave us his advice as well, which we really appreciated.
