John Nelson

I was less than satisfied with John Nelson's inspection work - he forgot some items we requested, he also appears to have completely skipped over checking standard items like the garbage disposal, plumbing etc. He was a pleasant person, but I was not completely happy with the quality of service.

John has done three inspections for me. He is very thorough and knowledgeable.

John was very professional and incredibly thorough. We felt very comfortable knowing the state of the home that we were under contract for, and actually ended up using him again on another property as well. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Mr. Nelson inspected two property for us. Each time, he was early. By the time we there, he was already done with the exterior inspection. He then just point out the defects he identified, remedies to resolve the issue, and how to properly maintenance the exterior. In the interior inspection, Mr. Nelson inspect every part of the house for leaks using an inferior imaging camera and gauge to check for moisture. (very cool). Mr. Nelson opened very window(some quite stuck), check every plug, power panel, HVAC, and electrical appliances to make sure it was working properly and installed according to code. He explain proper water pressure, maintenance, etc. Needless to say, Mr. Nelson was very thorough. And, he saved us thousands in repair. And, his fees was very reasonable.
