Phillip did a great job and explained to me all the issues that needed it to take care of, from safety to cosmetic fixes. If I had a question he did his best to answer it to best of his acknowledgement.

Phillip is a good appraisal and extremely professional. He was also very informative. I was a little annoyed that they charged me almost twice as much for this inspection than my previous one, even though the square footage was less. This is probably because they search the address and price you in accordance to the purchase price. I suppose this is nothing against Phillip and probably a common business practice for all contractors.

Phillip was thorough, on time, produced comprehensive, easy-to-use reports with photos, and is willing to offer some systems explanations and advice on maintenance as he walks you through the inspection. We used him twice and were satisfied both times.

Terry is the most amazing home inspector. We chose him for a home that we did not close on and he discovered severe water damage in the basement. He is so thorough and knowledgeable while keeping his opinion out of things. When we found the home that we closed on, he came back and did the inspection and found everything even though some of the issues were minor. Get everything in writing from anyone in the office as far as dates . They told me verbally that they would pick up a Radon Kit on a Tuesday when it was dropped of on a Sunday, but did not pick it up until Thursday. It caused us to cut it close while a inspection contingency was in place. Since I did not get anything in writing I could not argue with them. So get everything in writing via email. The ladies in the office are amazing but just get everything in writing in case they try to change dates. I highly recommend Terry to all! I gave a rating of a 7 because of the frustration with the radon kit. I mean a radon kit should not take 4 days no matter what company is doing it. Excellent company though just get everything in writing.

Phil was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions I had. There were a couple of minor things I wish we'd seen on the inspection, but I doubt it's possible to find everything
