I was very pleased with the pay at closing option. The inspector was very friendly but I have noticed he over looked some things or just did look at all or as thoroughly as he should've. I am however very pleased with my inspection and the services they provided for the most part. I would recommend but make sure you also do an "inspection" yourself to see if he may not have looked or seen something that you may have that you don't want to find out about after, luckily nothing is to serious but I still wish it would've been pointed out during the inspection and in the report.
