Ray was very thorough. He worked hard to find even the smallest issues. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and shared a great deal of home maintenance tips. He even made recommendations during the inspection that would benefit me as a new home owner. After the inspection, Ray provided a very detailed inspection report with photos and organized evaluations for each maintenance category. I would definitely recommend Ray to prospective home buyers!

Ray did a good job on the home inspection for me. He was great about explaining things in clear, simple language. He is quite knowledgeable about historical construction techniques and materials, and he is good about helping you to prioritize which things you should focus on for repairs and such. My only complaint was that he did not come prepared to go up on the roof of the house. Granted, it is a pretty tall house, but that was known in advance. He did give me a discount because he couldn't do the roof inspection, which I do appreciate. He was honest and thorough. I would use him again.
