I'm sorry to hear that I fell short of the customer’s expectations as I was unaware of this. Had I known, I would had addressed any concerns at that time. I was hired to perform an exterior “Stucco” inspection along with the general home inspection. On the day of the inspection, I met with my clients and proceeded first with the stucco inspection. After 15 minutes, one of the clients left the premises and did not return. The other went inside with the agent. Upon completion of the exterior stucco inspection, which lasted over three hours, I discussed my findings with the customer who was still at the home, who at that point decided not to proceed with the general home inspection. Subsequently, I provided my clients with a detailed 15-page report, complete with digital photographs highlighting deficiencies, conclusions, and recommendations. My findings also appeared to concur with the information disclosed by the sellers which was never shared with me. I do not know the basis of her conclusions regarding my professional expertise. My clients never contacted me to dispute the findings or to seek clarification on the contents of the report as I always want to address any customer’s questions and make myself available.
