Stay away! Any request for information required multiple emails from myself, our attorney or our real estate agent. At one point, our insurance agent had been waiting for two weeks to hear how the lender wanted to be listed on the policy. Multiple emails got no response. Someone at GR finally emailed to ask where was the policy and we told them we were waiting for them to reply! No one in the office seemed to be communicating. The closing got pushed out twice because GR was waiting on the appraisal, which happened weeks before. They were the condo's "preferred lender" so this should have gone smoothly. If we had to do it over again, I would have gone with a different lender.
