Aaron was everything you want in a loan officer. He was honest, responsive and understanding. He offered a competitive rate, which he also did his best to time the lock point to benefit us rather than trying to lock us in preemptively. The real icing was that when we had a miscommunication about fees he completely understood and adjusted it according to our (the buyer's) understanding. He acknowledged that we weren't out to get one over on him, the same way he wasn't trying to do that to us. He has also proven to be a valuable resource since our closing. He helped connected me to a few people in his network unrelated to real estate and was also willing to talk through questions I had about possible real estate investment. I can't recommend him enough. We will definitely use Aaron again the next time we make a purchase.

Prior to finding our new home, Aaron thoroughly walked us through the entire process and answered all of our questions even though we told him we were not in a hurry to purchase. He took the time and worked with us when it was convenient for me and my husband. When we did find our home, Aaron was very responsive and had open communication the entire time. He was very aware of the market and current interest rates and very transparent of all variables that come with buying a property. I would definitely recommend working with Aaron.

Aaron is a pro at what he does. He was very flexible and responsive when I wanted to talk, and would email or text when he couldn't call. He even spoke to me on weekends and after hours if I wanted. He knows the business well, and helped us decide on which of the many possible routes we could take for financing. It was our first home purchase, but I feel like I know so much more after working with Aaron.

Aaron helped in so many ways and was like a mentor and lender all in one. I panicked many times through the loss of one home and the close call of a late close on another, but Aaron helped push everything through on time, always encouraging me and guiding me along the way.
