David made perhaps the most daunting part of the home-buying process so incredibly easy. He was able to walk us through everything, explain anything on which we had questions, and assuage our concerns about financing. He was able to get us low interest rates and first-time home-buyer credits, too, which we were not expecting. He came to the closing even though he didn't really have to be there--the sign of a good lender!

David and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire lending process. He was always available when needed, clarified all of our many questions, and helped us get the best rate possible. It was convenient and easy for us have the Chase portal where we could load all of our documents after work hours and over the weekend. He also helped us over the Thanksgiving holiday when we needed to wire the final amount to he title company and they were unexpectedly closed. He is great to work with and I'd recommend him to any homebuyer.
