This was my second experience using HomeTrust mortgage services. Gene and his associates are professional, thorough, and responsive from beginning to end. They were a great help throughout the entire process of obtaining my mortgage. I can't recommend them enough.

Gene Walters has got to be one of the most responsive and accessible mortgage brokers out there. He is extremely prompt with his replies, which is essential when you are dealing with such a complex and expensive transaction. It doesn’t seem to matter if it is nights, weekends or holidays, quick responses were the norm. That promptness is just the start though. He has an extensive level of knowledge regarding the entire home buying process so was able to answer all of my many questions clearly and concisely. But what I like most about Gene (besides him being very personable) is that I always felt like he was on my side. When you’re going to battle (and buying a home sometimes feels that way) you want someone who will have your back. Gene is that person. So thank you Gene! Your addition to Redfin’s pages is long overdue.
