Joe and his assistant Nick did excellent work. They offered great rates and transparent explanations on the mortgage. Even their competitors acknowledged we got a great deal. They provided a friendly and professional interaction. I also appreciated their integrity. One of the items became more expensive at the end and they took care of the expense without even mentioning it (I've noticed it separately). Joe was also able to translate some of the legalese towards the end of the process. I was very pleased with the interaction throughout this process.

I worked with Joseph McQuillen from CFS. Joe was responsive. It didn't matter what day of the week or time of the day, when I sent him an email, I received a response promptly. Joe was very efficient. He was able to get me a pre-approval quickly and without completing copious paper work, unlike other companies that I looked into. Joe got me the best rate. I looked into other companies as well, but Joe provided me the best rate that no one could beat. I would recommend him to anyone who is interested in getting a mortgage.

Joe was a phenomenal lender. We had our deal accepted by the sellers, and within hours we were able to coordinate with Joe for all of the preliminary information needed. We had a 30 day close, and we were 'cleared to close' a full week ahead of time. He has an in-house processor, that helped greatly during the closing. True definition of a well-oiled machine. At our closing, the sellers/contractors noted they have never seen a closing go so smoothly or quickly with a lender. It's all thanks to Joe and his company. He is a joy to talk with. He puts a lot of his warm personality into a very stringent job. Would highly recommend!
