Scott at A and N Mortgage was very helpful from the start to the end. He walked me through everything very throughly and guided me where I needed help or direction. He made sure I got the best deal. He went above and beyond. I can’t thank Scott and A and N Mortgage enough for making this whole process so much easier than I’ve always heard it to be.

Danielle Dipple was fabulous to work with as she was highly attentive to detail and got everything correct! Very thorough and excellent in explaining details and processes, very prompt and quick to get things done. Scott was very kind and answered all questions regularly. Always answered the phone and explained aspects thoroughly. Very trustworthy. I was originally offered rates and arrangements with certain deposits to be lower than what I was ultimately offered. There was no outreach from Scott 2/3 of the way through the process to solidify these better rates. This was disheartening, I had expected an outreach sooner to solidify a better rate and to certify that I was out of escrow. During the week of closing, Scott was highly communicative and helpful. Overall, happy with the outcome as everything did line up as I wanted and liked in the end.
