We survey everyone who has submitted a loan application with this lender, whether the loan closed or not.
I value the feedback from all my clients, and this is no exception. If a mistake happens in our process, we own that mistake completely, and work hard to meet our deadline, despite the hiccup. In this case, we promised this client a Loan Commitment in 21 days. We were Cleared To Close and had our closing documents to the Escrow Officer on day 20. The signing took place on day 22.
