This was my first time purchasing home. I must say that working with Jennifer was a breeze. She made the whole lending process very smooth and straightforward. Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous of the process but her team was very quick to respond to all my questions and they were always available. I can’t imagine my home buying process going any more smoothly. In the end, Jennifer was able to provide me with a fantastic deal. She laid out the different options and explained each one before helping me select the best one. I don’t think any other lender could have given me a better deal. I highly recommend Jennifer for anyone considering buying a home, in fact I’ve already refer her to other friends of mine.

From our first conversation Jennifer really helped us, as first-time home buyers, understand the process of applying for and securing a loan. She explained what we could expect, and she and her staff were very clear on what was required from us every step of the way. Jennifer found us a rate and terms that we are very happy with. When we had questions along the way she and her staff were very available to us. They worked hard to check-in and make sure the process of securing our loan stayed on track. Awesome broker for the Mortgage was very knowledgeable and was able to find the best company to meet our needs at a great rate.

Jennifer is knowledgeable in what she does as a loan broker, however, her communication skills were not up to par for our experience. She will get you the best deal for the loan, but make sure if you need clarification you might not get an answer as soon as you may need it.

I actually cannot say enough bad things about the service that was provided by Jennifer. She was unclear from beginning to end. She was horrible at communicating what she wanted. The only reason I gave her a 1 was because she responded after work hours. She ordered the appraisal before we gave her the go ahead, which will cost us money in the future because we could have went with a bank that had a lower interest rate. She does not take any responsibility for her mistakes. There was even an incident where we argued with her on the phone for over an hour over a mistake that she made, but refused to accept responsibility for. If you are unfamiliar with the loan process and are first time home buyers, Jennifer is not the person to work with. This is especially true if you tend to ask questions and want precise and specific answers. I would not recommend her.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing in getting our mortgage through in a very timely manner, she is definitely the person you want for your mortgage needs!

I would highly recommend Jennifer to any home buyer; especially first time buyers. The loan process can be lengthy and confusing so it was really great to have Jennifer do all the hard work. Both my finance and I have a very busy work schedule so working with her instead of the lenders directly was wonderful. The great aspect of Queen City Mortgages is that they shop around for you and present what works for you. We had two offers fall through due to inspection issues and for each of them, Jennifer put a lot of time to explain and walk me through all the different options and any questions I had. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she was very patient and professional.

Where do I start this woman went over and beyond to make sure our loan process was as smooth as possible. Jennifer was available whenever we needed her, she would respond back very quickly to e-mails, calls, etc. She made sure we had everything in order before going into the underwriting process so it wouldn't slow us down, and when we did need more documentation she made sure to let us know as soon as possible! Jennifer was very efficient and thorough, we would still be trying to get approved for a home loan if it wasn't for her! Thanks Jennifer for all of your hard work!
