Paul and his team are awesome. It was our first purchase where we went through a brokerage-style process for the lending, but it was an excellent experience. Paul took the time to really get to know us and our situation, got us an AMAZING rate (and money back at closing!) and really went above and beyond to get us to close. While there were some setbacks with a back-to-back VA close and a shift in the kind of underwriting because of a low appraisal (neither of which are Pacific Mountain's fault, of course), they were excellent advocates for us. Paul is knowledgable, straightforward, no-nonsense, and helpful. We'd go with Pacific Mountain again in a heartbeat.
