What was supposed to be a quick process left us wondering where our pre-approval was weeks later, and unable to reach our lender. We worked closely with our loan officer over the next few weeks, and also worked closely with several bank tellers in order to meet quick deadlines during our 22-day closing period (between Thanksgiving and Christmas of all times). The friendly and personal service was unmatched, with staff being as invested in our goals as we were. We're so happy we went with Umpqua Bank for our home loan and would recommend them to anyone.
