I cannot say enough about Michelle, she is simply just the BEST! It was mind-blowing how available she made herself to my fiancé and I. The Seattle home market is crazy right now and you have to be Lightning fast to get an offer in with all the necessary paperwork so quick responses are key. Michelle would respond to our emails within minutes at all hours of the day, including weekends. In my opinion she is a superhero for the high quality work she produces in little to no time while also taking care of her young kids. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience and I will definitely recommend Michelle and Caliber Home Loan's to everyone!

I would highly recommend Michelle and have. I did have a minor issue with her assistant. He is new and he did a poor job of communicating with me and with the person handling all my document for the lender. He didn't answer my questions for days. It took several days and multiple emails before I got an answer. It took me visiting their office and requesting to see the document person and him to find out (after talking to both of them in the same room) that they had all the required documents. They were not communicating so he kept asking me for additional documents. Michelle did call to apologies for the miscommunication and she answered all of my questions. Bottom line, Michelle is awesome, her new assistant sucks. Hopefully he'll get better with experience.
