I had a 10 day trip through some National Parks scheduled that just happened to begin a few days after my offer was accepted. The sellers wanted a short closing period, and Guaranteed Rate's online portal let me upload documents as soon as they were needed, even if it was from a spotty wifi connection in the middle of Grand Tetons. When my bank's standard documents didn't match what Bryan was asking for, Bryan was quick to confirm whether or not the documents I was able to get met the requirements, and despite the inconvenient vacation I was able to close on time.

Bryan was a great lending officer. He made sure to get us our pre-approval in an expedited manner so that we were able to make an offer as soon as we found the perfect home for us. He was always available to answer questions during our closing process and made sure he asked for needed information immediately so as to give us as much time as possible to get the required documentation to him. This was a challenging close for him, having to take place in less than 30-days, along with a few unforeseeable issues that came up that were absolutely no fault of his!
