Overall my experience with Campbell and Brannon was positive, except for a security/privacy issue. I did my part of the closing in the parking garage of their building and it was quick and easy. The issue I had had to do with the person processing my paperwork sending my private information such as banking information in an unsecured email over the public internet. When I brought the issue up to them, instead of apologizing and owning the mistake, they doubled down on their mistake and denied it. This was very disappointing to me because their security posture should be pretty high with all of the sensitive information they handle and have a secure email system already in place.
