Closing office did not provide wire transfer information until upon suggestion of my loan officer I called closing office to provide information. Closing papers explanation by attorney was very rushed, until my realtor intervened and asked attorney to slow down, not to rush through. I was told deed papers will be provided electronically. Don't know if it is new policy by county. I was advised to print at home if I want paper copy. Every citizen does not have printers. Rare to have printer if deed is Legal Paper format. If part of document is in color (example - stamp) then I go get it printed somewhere. House is a major investment and to have deed papers in possession means a lot. (What about internet hackers asking for Ransom?)
