This firm regrets the circumstances that led to an attorney not being present at this sellers closing. This client is a real estate investor and has experience with closings. He indicated he did not wish to attend the closing. He would pre-sign the documents we provided in advance. As is common practice this office then planned to participate remotely. On the day before closing when we inquired about the status of the documents, we learned the client decided to appear at the closing. There wasn't an attorney available to meet him at the closing. An attorney was present via phone and reviewed docs remotely as originally planned. Up until the closing, we believe this client was satisfied with our services and we were disappointed to read the negative review. We have practiced real estate law for more than 20 years and strive for personal service and excellence with every client.
