Helen was crucial to seeing our deal close. There was an issue with the seller providing a clean title and Helen made sure that our best interests were carried out with reconcilling a delayed closing, problems with closing paperwork, and several other title issues. Her no-nonsense way of dealing with problems was absolustely necessary and kept us calm when our original closing date fell through 3 days before the final walkthrough. She got the deal back on track and closed in a time that worked for us. She is our preferred real estate attorney from here on out.
