Where to begin. This was truly the greatest experience I have ever had dealing with a lawyer. For one Kristen and Nancy are on it! They were always so prompt to send next steps, documents that needed to be signed, and most importantly they dealt with my horrendous HOA and Township (West Chicago) on getting everything done. Extremely reasonable fee for the level of service you get. This was coupled with impeccable summary emails letting you know what's going on throughout your selling and explaining the breakdown of the dozens of fees you encounter from the state and or county when selling.
