We had our initial doubts about the transaction going smoothly given that we lived overseas. But an initial meeting with Marion, she reassured us that it would be a smooth process and our physical presence wasn't required given everything could be done virtually and through notaries. She talked us though a step by step process for clients she worked with overseas that gave us reassurance. It was a smooth transaction and no complaints. Would definitely recommend Marion as an attorney.
