Mark is an experienced attorney who definitely knows the ins and outs of the deals. He was great at our closing in explaining everything we needed to know. The reason I am putting 7/10 is that his communication style is mostly through phone calls, which would be difficult during my work days. I also had to do a lot of messaging back and forth with our lender and real estate agent to ensure everyone was on the same page, which I would have expected him to do as well.

I would not necesarily recommend working with this attorney's office. It is very small and communication back to us was difficult at times. We often had to call to find out information or remind them to email us copies of things. This created a lot of anxiety on our end because we weren't sure if our demands got communicated to the sellers, what the sellers said, etc. Our real estate office and our lender also reported difficulty communicating with them and getting information efficiently. However, on the day of the closing, all went smooth and our attorney went over all the paperwork well with us. Nothing went wrong and no errors were committed, it was just difficult to remain updated throughout the process. We had such great customer service with Rick, our redfin agent, and Erik, our lendor, that this was a stark contrast.

Mark, Beth, and all of their staff have been very good in answering all of our questions, alerting us to any potential issues, and walking us through the closing process.

Mark's office was good in terms of communicating the details and explained things while closing and before.
