Mary is awesome. Period.

Mary was awesome - she was always available to answer any questions we had about the house-buying process, which was especially necessary during the inspection/attorney review period and in the days leading up to close. She was able to work with the sellers' attorney to get us a number of credits and minor repairs that came out of the inspection, and when we had a bit of a snafu at the last second before closing she worked with our mortgage company and the title company to make sure we were still able to close on the expected day. On the day of closing, she was able to efficiently walk us through all of the paperwork and tell us what we could expect in terms of our obligations as new homeowners re: mortgage, taxes, etc. As first-time buyers, it was very information, and the process was much less stressful than we have heard from other friends who were buying their first homes. I would definitely recommend Mary to anyone buying a house.

Mary was great to work with. When our inspection came back with an issue, she was able to work with the sellers and get the problem resolved. She was very attentive and made sure we closed on time!!
