Mary and her colleagues at Manor Law Group were outstanding at helping us navigate the legal part of the sale of our house, which presented a few challenges because of repairs we hadn't planned on doing based on the "as-is" sales price we agreed to, but that ended up being required because our buyer was getting a VA loan. She helped us negotiate a fair way to make the repairs in exchange for concessions by the buyers, and made the whole legal process about as easy as these things can be. Highly recommend.
