Morton "Mort" is just a pleasure to work with. He and his staff continually prepared and advised me of what I needed to do in order to meet all requirements on my end to close on time (which we did!). He also provides both a technical explanation of what we need to do and then explains it in plain English so that I understand. I'd also say that he and his office always seemed to surprise me on how fast they reply to questions and items I would submit, no matter what time of the day. I can also say that he is consistent over time. I've used him in both "buy" and "sell" transactions on multiple occasions and he's always been great to work with. That's why I always come back.
