Ron Kas did a great job during the actual closing procedure and post possession of my home. I had some issues after my move in date with the state that my property was left in but he and his teamed handled everything after the closing very well and made sure I was reimbursed for damages and cleaning costs. Some of the challenges I had with Ron Kas and his associates was communication several weeks before the closing. As a first time home buyer I felt that I had to reach out several times to get the information I needed which made things very stressful for me up until it was time to close. I also had a hard time contacting Shelia and Ron with questions as I left many voicemails and e-mails were not always returned in a timely fashion. I think that this a great law firm but they are not at their best potential during the busy season when they have an overload.

Mr. Kas’ paralegal Sheila was not competent and, indeed, almost ruined the closing and attempted to blame the mortgage company. She frequently made errors (some of these errors were important to the closing, such as the property address). Additionally, Mr. Kas did not attend the closing and the attorney he sent in his stead was obviously
