We never knew how many moving parts there were on the path to homeownership. We certainly never factored in needing an attorney, but we were so appreciative of Russ and Colleen for keeping every part of the process on track. Colleen was exceptional in managing the entire project. All of our friends and family talked about the dreadful closing day, and we were prepared to "sign our lives away" and be there for hours. However, Russ was so informative in a fun way and we were in and out under an hour. I would highly recommend using Kazda Law to all my family and friends.
