When one of our transactions became unusually complex, he handled it with an exceptional level of knowledge and professionalism. He tirelessly worked for us, answered our incessant questions, and provided honest advice every step of the way. What also distinguishes him from so many other lawyers is he doesn’t hide behind legal jargon or speak “legalize.” He talks to you, so that you truly understand everything in the contracts. In addition to his experience, he’s an extremely charismatic and compassionate individual. One in a million.
