Bill was the biggest blessing and lifeline in a tumultuous experience with our lender. The lender delayed close several times (the final time being a literal minute before scheduled close), and Bill advocated for us, made sure we were taken care of, rearranged his whole day without hesitation, and continued advocating for us after close to make sure the lender covered what they had cost us. Throughout the whole buying process, Bill negotiated fairly for us and kept us updated and informed. I will recommend Terpinas Law Group to anyone I know buying a house because of how he gets the job done and genuinely cares for his clients in the process.

Will is an excellent attorney, he was my buying and selling attorney, and did a heck of a job. He was very thorough and walked me through the selling and buying process in detail - that even a 6 year old kid would easily understand it. The day before the closing, he came to our house, and in less than 10 minutes he had explained each document I needed to sign so that I did not have to be present the day of the sale of our house. The day of closing on the purchase of our new home, he explained all the various documents that we needed to sign, all within 1 hour, and never made us feel rushed through the process, making sure he covered all items needed in order to have a successful close. Much appreciated Will!

Bill was great! This was the first home I ever owned. I had no idea how complicated it was in the state of Illinois. Thank God for Bill. He took care of everything. He was patient and answered every question I had. He never made me feel like I was bothering him, and never talked down to me. He also handled the buying of our new home too.
