David is great professionally as well as super friendly in person. When you work with him, you feel like he is more of your friend then your attorney. He handles a lot of transactions every year, hence his knowledge and experience in real estate is no doubt deep. If you are looking to buy a house in NYS (especially Westchester), David is no doubt one of the top choices. The only minor thing with him is that he is quite busy so if you want more time from him, make sure to schedule in advance.

David was great to work with. Most attorneys are not personable with their clients but David made us feel very comfortable. In reviewing all of our contracts, David summarized and had an example for every aspect. He explained everything to us and told us that if we don't feel comfortable with anything please let him know and he will work on getting it resolved. The closing day was a breeze and David didn't make the signing of the paperwork treacherous. He reviewed and explained what we were signing.
