He is willing and able to come up with solutions to last minute changes and challenges thrown at him. We had that at the closing table from the buyer’s side and Jonathan quickly and kindly saved the day without even making a big deal about anything. He spends time explaining everything in detail throughout the process and encourages any questions that one may have as a first time home buyer and first time seller.
