I had a few good moments but I don’t know if those outweigh the bad and the miscommunication. Since I don’t have anything really nice to say, I would prefer to say nothing at all.

Stuart was an absolute delight to work with. His Team walked us through the home buying process (we moved from California) and he was available to chat when we had questions, which is rare and appreciated. At the closing, he runs the show. Stuart made us feel very comfortable/confident and is very well connected. 10/10

As first time home buyer we were confused about the whole legal process of signing the contract to everything in between until the closing, but Stuart Adler patiently explained everything. We felt we had someone on our side while working with Stuart. I would higly recommend Adler law to first time home buyers!

Stewart is an impeccable attorney! We had a lot of bumps in the road to purchasing our first home and Stewart was there every step of the way! He was encouraging, and supportive and so extremely professional! Such a class act! He is amazing at what he does and he doesn't miss a beat! he honestly cares about his clients and I feel like Ive dealt with other attorneys that make you wait for every little thing. Not Stewart. He always made it a point to keep in touch even with how busy he is! He's amazing!!

We first worked with Stuart on this home that ended up not going through. It was a difficult transaction, and one where we had to have a difficult and direct conversation with Stuart (being first time home buyers and the fact that this seller was difficult put us on edge with almost everyone!). Stuart handled our feedback and questions with absolute grace and respect. He made us feel so comfortable and addressed all our concerns...and we are very tough customers. Stuart never pressured us at any point, and was very calm (which is what we needed!!) Even though this purchase didn't go through, we retained Stuart for the home we did end up buying, and Stuart did not even charge us for the work he did on this one. He didn't even mention it! To me, it shows a level of professionalism that you don't find many other places.

Stuart was very responsive (either he or his paralegal would respond timely) and even offered to come to our home to review the contract since he knew it would be difficult for us to meet him during the workday at his office. I don't know many service providers that would do that. We did explore other lawyers, but with Stuart we got the kind of personal touch that we were looking for - other lawyers told us they would not spend so much time having a conversation with us. This was not the case with Stuart.

After our first home fell through, we decided we needed a change in attorneys. Stewart Adler was recommended to us by our Mortgage Broker (Dawn Sullivan of All Shores Mortgage), and since we were so happy with her services, we figured whoever she recommended would be great as well. Lucky for us we were right. Stewart Adler was knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to work with. One of my pet peeves is getting a response from emails/phone calls in a timely manner. I let Mr. Adler know this and he assured me that he would always get back to me as soon as possible (obviously he couldn't if he was with someone). He was always prompt when responding to me, even if it was the evening or weekend. I highly recommend using Stewart Adler and Adler law for your home purchase. 10/10
