Terrible communication between them and my loan provider. Literally lost one of my earnest money checks and tried to blame me for it (eventually finding it 2.5 hours into closing signing) and only being told this on closing day (cashiers check so not replaceable at the time). Unable to work with big banks because email communications apparently needed to go to an individual where as the big bank team used a team alias to do communications, so basically no communication was happening. Emailing the wrong person at my loan provider, pushing my loan process out an additional 3 weeks.
