The seller requested to choose the title company, so I did not research different options in the area. As the buyer, I was the one paying for their services, yet GITC did not take my requests into consideration when scheduling the closing. I ended up doing a curbside closing in my car with a first-grader and a screaming infant in the back seat. They could have made the closing less stressful by actually taking seriously the time constraints my attorney communicated to them. In terms of their actual services, GITC seems just fine.
